There are few lessons which are depicted as Virtues that you will gain from this below:

1.  Master Your Mind:

It is impossible to delete negative thinking from your mind what you can do is substitute negative thinking by positive thinking. Yogi Raman was trying to teach John with a story in which there is a magnificent garden which represents the act of cultivating the mind and improving the quality of life by improving the quality of positive thoughts. When you cultivate you mind it will blossom beyond your expectations. The quality of your mind is determined by the quality of your thoughts you consume so you have to hold the key of the gate that allows thoughts and allow the information in and choose consciously what kind of information we want going in your mind. That information which is getting in in your mind it will make you think in a certain way and can change your thought process. We should always keep in mind though there are no mistakes, only lessons are there to be learnt. This is the way of thinking that is based on self-respect and gratitude and the world in which you are living in. We should always believe that every single experience is a lesson to be learnt for that day.

Every Thing Is created Twice, First In Mind Then In Reality

---- Robin Sharma

2.  Follow Your Purpose:

You have saw rich and successful people, how much happier they are, they are because happiness comes from achievement. A achievement is when, when you setup a goal and achieve it within time. As per the research we have sixty thousand thoughts in a single day and if we write any one of them will signal that one important thought rather that other 59,999 thoughts because writing goals send signals to the subconscious mind. It is important to have goals as much as it is important to value the journey and appreciate what you have right now.

3.  Practise Kaizen:

Kaizen is a Japanese method of improvement and optimization. As stated it is the process to optimise and improvement in the area of business, life and work. If you are able to maser yourself and use the philosophy of Kaizen then it will be an easy task to master external circumstances like: mastering a business or setting up a healthy and successful relationship. It is well said you don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are. Success is on the outside begins with you.

4.  Living With Discipline:

You can open any biographies or autobiography of people you will get on thing in common that is discipline. Yogi Raman have cleverly described a situation in which there is a magnificent garden and a tower and you can see both of them in front of you. After sometime you hear a loud sound of opening gate and from that gate a massive wrestler come wearing pink wire coil which is the representation of discipline and the notion of discipline entreats you consistently perform small act of courage. Discipline is gained by consistently performing small act of courage. To master the discipline willpower and your habits take a major part in mastering discipline within you.

5.  Respect You Time:

We all have twenty four hours in a day someone will use it wisely and someone waste them and this attitude will separate successful from average one. As the famous phrase states “Time and Tide waits for none”, We should respect time which is provided to us and keep in mind that his is the most precious thing which is non-renewable.

6.  Selflessly Serve Others:

Your quality of life is completely determined by the quality of you contributions to this world. To achieve this you should practise the act of kindness and focus on your relationships with others.

Investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make. It will not only improve your life, it will improve the lives of all those around you

--- Robin Sharma
