   Let us here a story about a boy named Phillip. A boy who lives with his American parents on the island of Curacao in the Caribbean. Unfortunately the island is suddenly attacked by German U-boats, who surround the island and cut off any supplies from getting in and out. Phillip's mother decides that she wants to go back to America and takes Phillip with her. They took the boat but the boat on which they were travelling gets attacked and Phillip got thrown out of the boat, suffering a head injury. He woked up in a lifeboat with a large Black man named Timothy and a cat named Stew. These guys drift for a while until they saw a small island and decided to go there. With that accident, Phillip soon realized that he is blind due to his head injury. They reached that island and set up camp.   About Author:   Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley (30 August 1797 – 1 February 1851) was an English novelist who wrote the Gothic novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus (1818), which is considered an early example of science fiction.[2] She also edited and promoted the works of her husband, the Romantic poet and philosopher Percy Bysshe Shelley.  Summary: Frankenstein begins when a young man named captain Walton takes a ship into the Arctic Ocean he's hoping to make important scientific discoveries. His  ship gets stranded for a few days when a sheet of ice forms all around it, to his amazement he and his crew see a gigantic man about eight feet tall driving a dog sled across the ice until it disappears in the distance.  A little later they see a normal-sized man on another dogsled chasing the first one, this man is almost dead from exhaustion and exposure so they take him aboard.
