Takeaway number three: four interior empires:

There are four interior empires in total that everyone should take care of. The first one is mindset, Our mindset dictates how we see the world and how  we react to things we have to train our mind to become consistent and discipline. second one is health set, said this is your fitness and nutrition you must nurture your body to keep it healthy, eating healthy food and exercising is the best way to do that. Third one is heart set, this is your well-being and your emotions, an expressed emotion will never die. At some point they will come out when  least expected. Takeaway number 4: 20/20/20 Formula:

Just waking up at 5 a.m. alone will not guarantee you a successful and productive day. that is why you have to utilise 20/20/20 formula that means 20 minutes for movement 20 minutes for reflection and 20 minutes for growth. First step is to move, train vigorously for 20mins. What is really important tips to make you sweat, sweating get rid of cortisol the hormone of the fear, exercise also accelerates the formation of Neuro connection so by sweating for 20 minutes you will be able to think faster. The time between  5:20 and 5:40 is time for your reflection on yourself when they would start to be like any other day with deadlines creeping up and people pulling up to the different size so it's important that you take this time for yourself. You can pick up a journal and write down things that are running through your head or things that you are grateful for. By writing things down you Free Your Mind from them and you'll be able to enter the state of peace, to really connect yourself you can also use this time to meditate, meditation is a proven way to stay calm. Of the world are always calm and finally it is time for the last 20 minutes of your first hour here you need to grow. 5 AM club summary

Your sleep is a secret to become even more productive. Last hour of the day might just be the second most important hour of the whole day because that would prepare your body for recovery. Growth happens during recovery phase some people think that the muscle gets stronger in a gym but that is not true in fact the muscle get weaker in a gym as it your muscle fibers during the exercise. The real growth is happening during the rest phase and there is no better rest than having a good night's sleep.  To have a good night's sleep try not to use any devices at least one hour before bedtime or even better if you can stop using them by 8 p.m. and then hit the bed by 10 p.m. that will  ensure that you maximize your value of your next days 5 a.m. time also blackout curtains are the great way to improve your sleep specially if it's light outside when you go to the bed and the end.
